Delete Account
FiLiCy users can request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time. Verified requests are completed within 30 days.
Request deletion inside FiLiCy
- 1Sign in
Open FiLiCy using the account you want deleted.
- 2Open Projects
Choose the Projects tab, then select Account & Privacy near the bottom.
- 3Submit the request
Tap Request Account Deletion and confirm. FiLiCy records the request securely.
Cannot access the app?
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address associated with your FiLiCy account. Use the subject “FiLiCy Account Deletion Request.” We may ask you to verify ownership before processing.

- Your FiLiCy authentication account, profile, and active memberships are deleted after verification and any required ownership transfer.
- Account details are targeted for deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
- Organization-owned collaborative production content may remain available to other authorized members.
- Necessary security and audit records may be retained in anonymized form.
- Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until normal backup expiry.
If you are the only organization Owner, we will contact you to transfer ownership before completing deletion so the production workspace is not orphaned.
Need clarification?
Contact contact@lensmandiary.com before submitting your request. Removing FiLiCy from your phone does not delete your cloud account.
